By using jweein (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site"), a legally binding agreement is formed between you and jweein. These Terms & Conditions form the foundation of that agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Using any service on jweein constitutes acceptance of these terms. We want every user to understand the rules clearly, so we've written them in plain, straightforward English.

Jweein's terms and conditions apply exclusively to this site. Third-party links and services are governed by their own separate terms. We are not responsible for the actions of any third party.

An active jweein account is required. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. jweein reserves the right to close any account found to have been registered with false information.

• One account per person, maximum you may open. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• The required turnover must be met before withdrawing a balance that includes a bonus.

• Reload Bonus: Applies to weekly reloads. Terms vary per offer.
• Cashback: 10%–20% cashback on net losses on selected games. No turnover requirement.
• Free Bet: On a winning bet, only the profit is paid out — the original stake is not included.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the turnover requirement has been met. Contribution rates may vary by game when calculating turnover — see the Promotions page for details.

Betting on jweein is conducted fairly and transparently. All bet outcomes are determined by the official results of the relevant sport or game.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jweein reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a bet is not confirmed during live betting due to a lost internet connection, it will be considered void.
• If there is a clear error in the odds (Palpable Error), jweein may reset the bet at a reasonable odds value.

Internationally recognized data providers are used to determine Sports Betting outcomes. In the event of any dispute, jweein's decision shall be considered final.

Jweein is an honest platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and full balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's information
• Placing automated bets using software or bots
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the jweein system for personal gain (Arbitrage/Exploit)

You may close your account at any time. Email our support team or let us know via live chat. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it before closing.

Jweein may close or temporarily suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected
• At the user's own request, in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months)
